These Terms are meant to set clear expectations around purchases, account access, digital delivery, respectful use, and the fact that the academy supports wellness rather than medical treatment.

Accounts

Using your academy account

You are responsible for providing accurate account details and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
You must not share paid access, misuse the platform, or interfere with the academy’s website, app, community, or members.
We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused, compromised, or used in breach of these Terms.

Programs & Memberships

What you are purchasing

Women’s Balance Academy offers digital memberships, guided cleanse experiences, self-paced programs, community access, and related online content.
Some offerings are one-time purchases, and some are recurring subscriptions. The product page or checkout page will describe the current access model.
Program availability, bonus materials, live sessions, replay windows, and community features may evolve over time as the academy develops.

Payments

Pricing, billing, and checkout

Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe.
By placing an order, you authorize the relevant payment provider to charge the selected payment method.
If a subscription renews automatically, you can manage or cancel future renewals before the next billing date in accordance with the terms shown at checkout.

Refunds

Digital access and cancellation

Because the academy provides digital content, online access, and program materials that may be delivered immediately after purchase, refunds may be limited once access has been granted or a live program has started.
If something went wrong with your order, duplicate charge, access setup, or billing, please contact us promptly at ceylan@womensbalanceacademy.com so we can review the situation fairly.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights that apply under Swiss law or under the law of your country of residence where such rights cannot legally be excluded.

Wellness Disclaimer

Important health notice

The academy is intended for education, self-care, and general wellness support. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.
Always use your judgment and consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, supplement routine, or health plan.
If you are pregnant, managing a medical condition, taking medication, or experiencing symptoms that concern you, seek individualized professional advice before starting a cleanse or wellness practice.

Content & Conduct

Intellectual property and respectful use

All academy materials, videos, downloads, program structures, branding, and written content remain the property of Women’s Balance Academy unless stated otherwise.
You may use purchased content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, resell, republish, distribute, or share it publicly without written permission.
Community spaces must be used respectfully. Harassment, impersonation, spam, hate speech, or harmful conduct is not allowed.

Legal Framework

Swiss business, international customers

Women’s Balance Academy is based in Switzerland and these Terms are intended to be interpreted under Swiss law.
If mandatory law in your home country gives you additional consumer rights, those rights remain unaffected where they legally must be preserved.
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, disputes relating to the academy should be handled through the competent courts connected to the academy’s Swiss base.
